Description

You will lead projects as the primary delivery executive, accountable for contract management, engagement financials, client relationships, and service delivery quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects, managing contract adherence and client expectations.
• Act as a servant-leader for the Scrum Team, coaching and removing impediments.
• Ensure proper project governance is applied across all deliverables.
• Manage the project budget, planning and adjusting based on team velocity.
• Report delivery status to executive bodies within the client organization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years practical experience as a Scrum Certified Project Manager.
• Very strong experience leading Agile projects or facilitating scrum ceremonies.
• Deep understanding of the Scrum Framework, Lean Principles, and Transformation Model.
• Proven experience building and maintaining senior executive client relationships.
• Experience managing vendor deliverables and procurement activities.
• Ability to manage project-specific backlogs leveraging team velocity.
• Good understanding of the Telecommunication field.
