Description

You will lead project delivery, owning client relationships, financials, and service quality as the primary delivery executive.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects end-to-end, managing contract financials and client relationships.
• Act as a servant-leader for the Scrum Team, coaching members and removing impediments.
• Manage project-specific backlogs, leveraging team velocity and predictability.
• Develop integrated project plans, work breakdown structures, and timelines.
• Report delivery status to executive bodies within client organizations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years practical experience as a Scrum Certified Project Manager.
• Strong experience leading Agile projects or facilitating scrum ceremonies.
• Deep understanding of the Scrum Framework, Lean Principles, and Transformation Model.
• Experience managing vendor deliverables and related procurement activities.
• Proven ability to manage and adjust project budgets.
• Good understanding of the Telecommunications field.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior client executives.
