Description

You will manage digital collaboration projects within a distributed team environment, focusing on meeting room AV technology and communication platforms.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives as Scrum Master.
• Drive project execution by managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder engagement across Engineering, Operations, and Cybersecurity teams.
• Develop and execute project plans, including product roadmap creation, backlog refinement, and release planning.
• Manage vendors regarding equipment delivery, installation, and deployment timelines.
• On-board new and upgraded rooms into operational support to meet acceptance criteria.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in a collaboration services Project Manager role.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and AV meeting room equipment.
• Proficiency in Waterfall, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks.
• Technical ability to read and interpret floor plans, working drawings, and schematics.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project.
• Competency in CAD.
• Strong documentation skills for project planning, decision recording, organized inventory, and "as-built" drawings.
• Ability to manage scope changes and communicate adjustments to stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Master certification.
• Understanding of networking principles.
