Lead projects through the product development lifecycle and manage client rollouts from Westminster, CO.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and execution calls proactively rather than just tracking progress.
• Manage project risks by developing and maintaining mitigation and contingency plans.
• Develop project artifacts and conduct regular reviews to communicate progress and roadblocks.
• Hold stakeholders accountable to ensure quality deliverables throughout the software development process.
• Communicate complex requirements concisely to everyone from analysts to C-level executives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proven ability to manage software development stakeholders.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Experience with Project Management software, specifically SmartSheet.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with C-level leadership.
• Ability to manage the full product development lifecycle.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
• Background in Product Development.
• Experience in the Insurance or Absence Management industry.
