Responsibilities

• Organize delivery across multiple teams and report on progress.
• Develop and groom the backlog to ensure high-value items.
• Coach teams to reduce rework and waste.
• Promote transparency on barriers and remove impediments.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant work experience in an agile environment.
• Experience coaching agile methodologies to teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of servant leadership, situational awareness, and conflict resolution.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and promote a team environment.
• Experience coaching Product Owners/Managers on empirical product planning.
• Ability to enable teams in Professional Scrum and related agility frameworks.
• Experience maintaining and promoting information radiators for inspection and adaptation.
