Description

Lead the Release Train Engineer function for Fraud Orchestration and Data Management, guiding teams through Agile practices and program delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Release Train ceremonies and Program Increment sessions.
• Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters on Agile and DevOps practices.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and impediments while ensuring compliance.
• Measure ART delivery and maturity using data analytics to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with product management to maintain a healthy product backlog.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Release Train Engineer.
• Deep understanding of Jira and its capabilities.
• Proficiency in Agile Practices and DevOps Practices.
• Strong data analytics skills to provide meaningful measures through metrics.
• Experience in Architecture and Solution Design.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and demonstrate executive presence.
• Strong critical thinking skills to prioritize items and build roadmaps.
• Strong negotiation and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Budget and business acumen.
• Experience coaching Scrum Masters.
