Description

Lead the Agile Release Train to drive continuous improvement, organizational agility, and cross-functional alignment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Product Owner Syncs to ensure smooth delivery.
• Manage ART risks and proactively address challenges to minimize disruptions.
• Guide teams in self-organization and the effective use of Agile tools, including workflow automation.
• Establish and monitor KPIs using Jira dashboards and Advanced Roadmaps for leadership reporting.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and product management to align on requirements and backlog decomposition.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as an Agile Release Train Engineer or Chief Scrum Master.
• Proven experience managing Scrum Masters and Product Owners.
• Expertise in facilitating large-scale PI Planning and quarterly planning events.
• Proficiency with Atlassian products, specifically Jira Software and Confluence.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, ranging from individual contributors to C-Suite executives.
• Background in software development and project management.
• SAFe certifications such as SSM, POPM, RTE, or SPC.
• Ability to provide hands-on Agile training and introduce emerging trends.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with workflow automation and automated reporting within Jira.
