Description

You will manage the Scrum process for multiple agile teams, extending lean-agile principles across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Scrum process for multiple teams, working with product owners to define work and development teams to deliver it.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, iteration planning, system demos, and iteration retrospectives.
• Remove impediments and drive relentless improvement using standard industry methodologies.
• Collaborate with customers to write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Communicate progress to management and influence delivery strategies through technical and business acumen.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Knowledge of the agile software development life cycle.
• Scrum Master certification from SAFe, Scrum.org, Scrum Alliance, or a comparable industry recognized body.
• Experience with traditional use case based analysis of business processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills in collaboration, negotiation, and conflict management.
• Proficient written, oral, and presentation communication skills.
• Experience working with Jira software.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading a team.
