Description

Lead agile delivery and coach development teams to improve efficiency and product quality.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor the development team on agile principles to drive self-organization.
• Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and stakeholders to align work with the product vision.
• Track and report on team performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Scrum Master.
• Proven ability to facilitate effective Scrum ceremonies.
• Experience coaching teams in agile methodologies and self-organization.
• Ability to manage and remove technical or organizational impediments.
• Experience working closely with Product Owners to meet business goals.
• Proficiency in tracking and reporting team performance metrics.
• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).
