Lead technology projects in financial services, managing scope, risks, and Agile delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology projects within Wealth Management and Banking domains.
• Develop full-scale project plans, manage dependencies, and track critical paths.
• Build and provide status reporting to Senior Management aligned with enterprise portfolios.
• Proactively manage scope changes, identify risks, and devise contingency plans.
• Collaborate across technology organizations to provide process leadership within Agile PDLC.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management or Scrum Master capacity.
• Expertise in Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Technical background in integration, development, testing, or infrastructure.
• Proficiency with Jira for agile lifecycle tracking and process management.
• Strong command of MS Project, Excel, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience managing requirements elaboration and systems flow analysis.
• Ability to bridge technology needs with business requirements.
