Lead Agile teams within the High Net Worth Lending squad to ensure effective project delivery and progress toward mission goals.
Responsibilities
Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint demos, and retrospectives.
Remove impediments and drive resolutions for blockers by coordinating with other development teams through Scrum-of-Scrums.
Manage and update the backlog and in-progress items to ensure accurate work status.
Track and report team metrics, such as velocity and burn down charts, to Product Owners and senior stakeholders.
Partner with Agile Coaches to implement continuous improvements and promote Agile culture across development and testing organizations.
Required Skills
10+ years of experience acting in a Scrum Master and project management capacity within a large, complex banking organization or major consulting firm.
Deep proficiency in Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
Hands-on experience with JIRA and MS Office applications (Excel, MS Project, Visio, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to develop full-scale project plans, manage dependencies, and identify critical paths.
Technical ability to understand system flows, interface details, and system infrastructure.
Strong relationship management and communication skills for operating at senior stakeholder levels.
Proven ability to manage change in project scope and devise contingency plans.
Experience driving Agile maturity and providing constructive feedback to teams.
