Description

Lead Agile delivery and project management within a complex banking or consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Scrum and Kanban ceremonies to drive team performance and maturity.
• Manage project plans, critical paths, and dependencies while addressing scope changes and issues.
• Review and manage backlog items to ensure accurate work status and prioritization.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to optimize Agile workflows.
• Develop project communication documents and manage stakeholder relationships at senior levels.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in banking or major consulting firms.
• Deep understanding of Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Proficiency with JIRA and MS Office (Excel, MS Project, Visio, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to interpret system flows, interface details, and system infrastructure.
• Strong capability in managing project dependencies and contingency planning.
• Proven experience in high-pressure task execution and relationship management.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certification.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
