You will lead Agile processes to support development workflows and team delivery.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Remove team impediments to ensure smooth workflows.
• Promote Agile best practices within the team.
• Serve as a liaison between product owners and development teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Agile environments.
• Hands-on experience with Scrum frameworks.
• Strong team management and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
