Description

You will manage software development and maintenance projects for automotive infotainment devices, planning releases, coaching teams, and removing blockers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan incoming work into releases and sprints for the development team.
• Host daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach and train team members on Agile processes and best practices.
• Facilitate the elimination of blockers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Coordinate with project leads, engineering leads, and product owners to manage backlogs.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience in software management.
• At least 5 years of experience leading teams of 5 or more members.
• Deep understanding of Agile processes.
• CSM or PMP certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills for reporting progress to internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in automotive infotainment systems.
