Description

Manage end-to-end delivery of complex projects across multiple departments within a business unit. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile activities, including daily Scrum, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate resources and align stakeholders to maintain project scope and responsibilities.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and expenses to ensure adherence to plans.
• Manage risk and change adoption strategies as the primary point of contact.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
• Experience in release management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within a financial services organization.
