Coordinate and facilitate Scrum ceremonies to ensure effective team collaboration and continuous delivery.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies to maintain effective team collaboration.
• Manage dependencies and provide visibility into team delivery plans and progress.
• Resolve impediments quickly to support uninterrupted value delivery.
• Create and manage project backlogs, including Change Requests (CRQs) in Remedy.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience working in an Agile environment.
• 3-5 years of applicable experience with technology projects.
• Deep knowledge of Bank of America Enterprise Change Management and Release Management processes.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Remedy, JIRA, and Confluence.
