You will guide Agile teams through the development lifecycle to ensure successful delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and processes within development teams.
• Drive teams toward successful project delivery and continuous improvement.
• Manage stakeholder communication to align team goals with business objectives.
• Apply Agile principles to remove impediments and enhance team velocity.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Agile environments.
• Hands-on experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
• Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM) or SAFe (SAFe Agilist, SAFe Scrum Master).
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities within cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Deep familiarity with Scrum frameworks and SAFe principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience scaling Agile practices across large organizations.
