Description

You will lead and coach multiple Agile Scrum teams through complex IT and business product deliveries.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure adherence to Scrum values.
• Identify, resolve, and escalate delivery impediments to optimize flow and prevent recurrence.
• Coach team members and Product Owners on Agile principles, backlog management, and prioritization techniques.
• Monitor team health and drive continuous improvement through data-driven metrics and retrospective processes.
• Manage risks and conflicts within the team and among stakeholders to maintain high morale and cohesion.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in project delivery within an enterprise IT environment.
• Proven experience acting as a Scrum Master using Agile methodologies.
• Expertise in Scrum, Agile, and Project Management.
• Experience managing onshore and offshore teams, including business and technical resources.
• Practical knowledge of application development best practices, including Automation and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with Agile management tools such as Jira.
• Strong facilitation, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
