Description

You lead and support multiple Agile Scrum teams on complex IT and business initiatives.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify and resolve delivery impediments, escalating issues when necessary.
• Monitor team health, manage risks, and implement continuous improvement practices.
• Support Product Owners in backlog management and maintaining delivery transparency.

Required Skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Strong servant-leadership, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Hands-on experience with Agile management tools like Jira.
• Solid background in software development delivery using Agile practices.
• Familiarity with modern development practices, including Automation and CI/CD.
• Experience working with enterprise-level IT initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• 10+ years of total work experience in enterprise IT environments.
