Description

You will facilitate Agile processes and drive squad performance through continuous improvement and ceremony leadership.

You will own the release pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Manage backlog health and ensure work is accurately balanced across the team.
• Track all tasks in Jira and Kanban boards to ensure progress is accurately reflected.
• Maintain squad process metrics and artifacts to provide clear communication to stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve strategic portfolio planning and reinforce Agile norms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Agile environments.
• Proficiency with Jira.
• Experience using Jira Align.
• Hands-on experience managing Kanban boards.
• Ability to drive collaboration and transparency across teams.
• Proven track record of optimizing Agile execution and process workflows.
• Degree in any field.
