Description

You will serve as a Scrum or Kanban Flow Master, coaching teams and leadership on Agile processes, values, and continuous improvement. You will facilitate Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe events to help teams become self-organizing and cross-functional. You will remove impediments and resolve issues outside of the team's control to ensure sprint plan achievement. You will lead the planning and execution of development and delivery for one or more products. You will collaborate with Product Owners to refine prioritized backlogs and ensure deliverables meet requirements. You will execute Agile transformation strategies and resolve business and team conflicts through active involvement in technical matters.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 7+ years implementing Agile values, principles, and practices including Scrum and Kanban.
• 7+ years using JIRA to create dashboards, monitor sprint progress, and provide status updates.
• 7+ years working with stakeholders on backlog prioritization, grooming, and epic/story/task definition.
• 7+ years in work breakdown, estimation, sprint planning, and impediment removal.
• 7+ years experience with MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• 7+ years managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• 7+ years facilitating communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• 5+ years in risk and business impact analysis and reporting.
• 4+ years managing, maintaining, and analyzing data for portfolio insights.

Preferred Skills

• Strong analytical skills for turning complex business needs into user scenarios, flows, and diagrams.
