Description

Lead product delivery planning and execution using Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe frameworks. This role focuses on facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, and coaching teams on Agile values to ensure Sprint goals are met.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Kanban events to drive continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments and resolve issues to ensure Sprint plan achievement.
• Coach teams and leadership on Agile processes, values, and interactions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine backlogs and manage requirements.
• Analyze data for portfolio insights and conduct risk and business impact analysis.

Required Skills

• 7+ years implementing Agile values, including Kanban and Scrum.
• 7+ years working with stakeholders on backlog prioritization and grooming.
• 7+ years using JIRA for dashboard creation and status reporting.
• 7+ years translating business needs into user scenarios and diagrams.
• 7+ years hands-on experience with MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• 5+ years in risk and business impact analysis and reporting.
• 4+ years managing and analyzing data for portfolio insights.
• CSM, Kanban, or SAFe Agilist/SPC certification required.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAFe framework at scale.
