Description

You will own the facilitation and continuous improvement of Agile processes across multiple projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach teams using Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Guide the implementation of industry development techniques across diverse work environments.
• Manage and balance multiple competing project priorities.
• Ensure strict adherence to Agile Project Management practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience as an Agile Scrum Master or Agile Product Owner.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Experience leading large-scale projects using Scrum.
• Track record of implementing development techniques in diverse cultures.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, educate, and coach teams effectively.
• Proficiency in Agile Project Management.
• Software development and/or software testing experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Quality Management System building and/or maintenance.
• Experience in in-house tool development using Agile Scrum methodology.
