Description

You will facilitate Agile delivery teams and drive continuous improvement across sprint cycles.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all Scrum ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement) with strict time-boxing.
• Identify, track, and resolve impediments threatening sprint goals, escalating systemic issues when required.
• Capture and communicate Scrum metrics (Velocity, Burndown, Cycle Time, Cumulative Flow) to leadership for process improvement.
• Coordinate sprint increments with release management to align with integration and deployment schedules.
• Lead retrospective initiatives to generate and track actionable process enhancements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development environments.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and experience in a SAFe ART environment (PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt).
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and version control practices.
• Expertise using Jira for tracking and reporting Agile metrics.
• Proven ability to guide teams through a Kanban to Scrum transformation.
• Skilled in facilitation, conflict resolution, and coaching technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience supporting two or more concurrent teams.
• Ability to conduct root cause analysis on systemic impediments.
