Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and manage team workflows using Jira.
• Coordinate technical tasks involving Java and JavaScript development.
• Oversee data-related processes involving SQL Server, SSIS, and Oracle.
• Ensure team adherence to Scrum methodologies and delivery timelines.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience in an Agile or Scrum Master role.
• Proficiency with Jira for project tracking and management.
• Experience working with Java.
• Knowledge of JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server.
• Experience with SSIS.
• Familiarity with Oracle databases.
• Scrum framework expertise.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
