Agile Scrum Master

You will coordinate and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives. Manage dependencies and provide visibility into team delivery plans. Enable continuous improvement and act as a servant leader to resolve impediments. Oversee key projects within the portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Proven experience supporting Agile teams in financial or capital markets.
• Strong understanding of Treasury, Capital Markets, Fixed Income, or Derivatives.
• Experience with Scrum of Scrums and scaled Agile frameworks.
• Scrum Master, PMP, or CFA certification.
• Skills: Scrum Master, PMP, Agile.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Python or SQL scripting.
• Experience with Quartz or Trading applications.
