Description

Coordinate Scrum ceremonies and manage team dependencies to ensure delivery alignment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Manage dependencies and provide visibility into team delivery plans.
• Resolve impediments to support sprint goals and enable continuous improvement.
• Oversee key projects within the portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Foster collaboration and act as a servant leader for Agile teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Proven experience supporting Agile teams in financial or capital markets.
• Strong understanding of Treasury, Capital Markets, Fixed Income, or Derivatives.
• Experience with Scrum of Scrums and scaled Agile frameworks.
• Scrum Master, PMP, or CFA certification.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Scrum Master practices.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Python or SQL scripting.
• Experience with Quartz or Trading applications.
