Description

You will facilitate agile delivery using Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks to support the transition toward SAFe architecture. You will also manage requirements gathering, design, and implementation for CuraM/Java web-based applications on n-tier infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe events to drive sprint planning, execution, and continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments and resolve issues outside of the team's control to ensure product delivery.
• Coach teams and leadership on agile processes, values, and self-organization.
• Work with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize backlogs and groom epics, stories, and tasks.

Required Skills

• 7 years of experience implementing Agile values and practices including Kanban and Scrum.
• 7 years of experience using JIRA to create dashboards, monitor workflows, and provide status updates.
• 7 years of experience with work breakdown, estimation, sprint planning, and impediment removal.
• 7 years of experience working with stakeholders for backlog prioritization and gaining buy-in.
• 7 years of experience facilitating communication between technical and non-technical audiences.
• 7 years of experience managing multiple simultaneous projects without impacting quality.
• 5 years of experience with risk and business impact analysis and reporting.
• 5 years of experience with MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Hands-on experience in software development and debugging using Java or .Net/C#.
• 2 years of hands-on SQL experience with relational databases like Oracle or SQL Server.
• 2 years of experience with JIRA Align and Portfolio Planning.

Preferred Skills

• Certified SPC or SAFe Agilist.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices.
