Description

You will manage delivery, dependencies, and governance for large-scale projects across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate delivery routines including kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, and tollgates.
• Coordinate dependencies, risks, and impediment removal across multiple organizations.
• Manage change controls for scope, schedule, and budget to ensure compliance with Enterprise Change Management standards.
• Report program-level status, key control indicators, and delivery risks to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support resource planning and ensure execution aligns with deliverable requirements.

Required Skills

• 5 to 7 years of project management experience.
• Proven experience delivering large projects with cross-functional or inter-departmental implications.
• Deep knowledge of both Agile and waterfall software delivery methodologies.
• Experience with process release management.
• Proficiency with JIRA, ALM, PCM/TPAS, PPRT, and NEXUS.
• Ability to navigate matrix management models and influence across multiple organizational levels.
• Strong ability to convey complex information concisely to business leaders and vendors.
• Capability to work after hours to support multiple time zones.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
