Description

You will facilitate agile delivery and promote modern working behaviours across the Tribe in Knutsford, United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

• Own squad ceremonies including standups, planning sessions, show & tell, retrospectives, and Scrum of Scrums.
• Act as an Agile Coach for up to two development squads, coordinating with other coaches and leads.
• Manage stakeholder priorities and help shape requirements to plan the delivery of new components.
• Identify key issues and risks, proposing courses of action based on gathered information and facts.
• Provide regular communications to senior management regarding delivery progress and risks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Certified SAFe practitioner.
• Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master or Scrum.Org Professional Scrum Master certification.
• Project Management certification such as PMP or Prince2.
• Recent experience within Financial Services, ideally in large-scale banking environments.
• Experience working within Salesforce environments.
• Experience managing the end-to-end software development lifecycle and large-scale software implementations.
• Proven ability in leadership and stakeholder management within complex business areas.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Analytics, and API integrations.
• Salesforce Certifications.
