You will facilitate agile delivery and promote modern working behaviors across the tribe in Knutsford, United Kingdom.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own squad ceremonies including standups, planning sessions, show & tell, retrospectives, and Scrum of Scrums.
• Serve as an Agile Coach for up to two development squads, coordinating with other coaches and leads.
• Manage requirements and work with stakeholders to prioritize and plan the delivery of new components.
• Communicate delivery progress to senior management and identify key issues and risks.
• Drive cultural best practices such as Guilds and Chapters to grow engineering communities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Recent experience working within Financial Services, ideally within large banking environments.
• Certified SAFe practitioner.
• Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master or Scrum.org Professional Scrum Master certification.
• Project Management certification such as PMP or Prince2.
• Experience working within a Salesforce environment.
• Proven track record in end-to-end software development lifecycle management.
• Experience managing large-scale software implementations involving multiple teams.
• Ability to manage complex change across multiple business areas.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Analytics, and API integrations.
• Salesforce certifications.
