Description

You will lead Scrum teams to deliver high-quality products using Agile principles and empirical development methods.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum events including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.
• Coach teams in self-organization, cross-functional skills, and domain knowledge to reach high-performing levels.
• Remove impediments and collaborate with other Scrum Masters to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Guide Product Owners in backlog management to maximize business value.
• Drive decision-making with stakeholders to influence project and product teams.

Required Skills

• At least one Scrum Certification from Scrum Alliance or SAFe.
• Expertise in Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Proficiency in Scrum techniques including refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, and retrospection.
• Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and traditional project management principles.
• Proven ability in facilitation, negotiation, coaching, and complex problem-solving.
• Experience managing bottlenecks, escalations, and trade-offs between business needs and constraints.
• Ability to influence partners, customers, and vendors to support project plans.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of product or project development experience.
• Experience leading IT infrastructure projects within large-scale environments.
• Experience educating both technical and business teams on Business Value versus Technical Value.
