Description

You will lead agile delivery and facilitate scrum processes for technical teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Story Grooming, Demos, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress and resolve issues with external stakeholders.
• Coach the team and the wider organization on Agile principles, Scrum, and Kanban practices.
• Evaluate team workflows and experiment with new approaches to improve performance.
• Act as a liaison between the Scrum team, product owners, and management to communicate progress and needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Business Analyst in an IT environment.
• Strong proficiency in Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks.
• Experience using agile project management tools such as Agility or similar platforms.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical deliverables.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with airline operations or travel industry IT systems.
