You will lead scrum teams to deliver successful products by optimizing processes and removing development impediments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve the scrum process while tracking overall project progress.
• Coach the scrum team on appropriate processes, fostering self-organization and collaboration.
• Shield the team from outside distractions to maintain focus on agreed sprint goals.
• Ensure stakeholders and the development team correctly understand and apply scrum principles.
• Manage client-facing communications and delivery expectations.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience.
• Proven experience leading scrum teams.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
• Strong project management skills.
• Extensive knowledge in people management.
• Technical proficiency to support the development process.
• Experience in client-facing roles and delivery management.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
