Description

You will lead Scrum Master activities for AI/ML solutions across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners to manage backlogs and process new feature requests.
• Facilitate agile transformation by training team members on agile concepts.
• Lead all agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, for multiple stakeholders.
• Generate and publish reports detailing team progress for senior management visibility.
• Coordinate team efforts and projects while driving outcomes and managing changes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in FinTech.
• Expert knowledge of the Scrum Framework, including its artifacts and techniques.
• Proven experience facilitating internal communication and team collaboration.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycles.
• Experience with Scaled Agile and Agile Frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve project execution conflicts and team issues.
• Strong skills in Stakeholder Management and Product Owner Collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Technical understanding of AI/ML systems.
• Experience in FinTech domains like funds management or electronic trading.
