Description

Facilitate agile delivery and coach teams within infrastructure or development projects.

You will own the agile workflow and ensure adherence to SCRUM methodologies across project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies and processes for individuals and teams.
• Coach team members on agile values, principles, and SCRUM methodologies.
• Manage agile project workflows using relevant tools.
• Drive adherence to agile development methodologies across project lifecycles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Scrum Master or Agile Coach roles.
• Proven experience managing infrastructure or development projects.
• Formal certification as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Deep understanding of SCRUM and agile principles.
• Proficiency with agile project management tools.
• Native or near-native Dutch proficiency (CEFR C2 level).
• Experience coaching and facilitating cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with infrastructure-specific project lifecycles.
