Description

Guide a squad to deliver business priorities by embedding and reinforcing Agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Support the Product Owner by maintaining the team backlog.
• Monitor team performance via dashboards to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Foster self-organization, ownership, and accountability within the squad.
• Drive change management and support wider organizational transitions.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or SDM.
• Professional experience working directly on Agile teams.
• Conversant in Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Frameworks.
• Strong facilitation, negotiation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Familiarity with software development or technology infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of change management principles.
• Ability to leverage coaching techniques to surface various viewpoints and reach conclusions.
• Knowledge of industry-wide technology strategies.

Preferred Skills

• Technical domain knowledge with a major public cloud provider.
• Understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architectures, SQL, NoSQL, and distributed databases.
• Experience with automation and CI/CD tools and practices.
