Description

You will facilitate agile processes for a squad focused on website and platform development within a Digital Marketing Technology organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead all agile ceremonies, including standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Manage Jira boards, workflows, and act as the primary Jira administrator.
• Identify, manage, and escalate blockers, risks, and impediments to ensure timely delivery.
• Enforce quality standards for user stories and supporting product artifacts.
• Liaise between technical teams and business partners, including Marketing and other stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Program or Project Manager.
• Expertise in Jira administration and workflow management.
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and developer practices.
• Proven experience managing website development projects.
• Strong business analysis and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical workers and business partners.
• Experience in risk management and issue escalation.
• Strong professional writing and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Adobe products, specifically Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Analytics.
