Description

You will facilitate Agile delivery for cross-functional teams in a regulated BFSI environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach the team on Agile and Scrum principles, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance requirements.
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed, prioritized backlog and support release planning.
• Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown/burnup charts, and sprint health.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, proactively escalating issues to maintain team focus on sprint goals.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with onshore/offshore teams and client stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and Scaled Agile environments.
• Background in BFSI or other regulated industries with high compliance awareness.
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to influence without authority.
