Description

You will facilitate agile delivery and drive continuous improvement within software development squads.

Responsibilities

• Execute sprints and manage agile events including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Maintain squad performance metrics and artifacts, such as burn-down charts, to ensure transparency.
• Coach teams and individuals on agile practices to improve maturity and accelerate value delivery.
• Coordinate with squad and chapter leaders to align work with the product roadmap.
• Facilitate continuous improvement opportunities and remove roadblocks to delivery.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master within software development teams.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• Proficiency with Jira, Mural, and MS Teams.
• Experience working with Java and cloud-based technology.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills to build trust across different functions and geographies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the financial services sector.
