Responsibilities

• Apply Scrum techniques and manage core agile artifacts.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and remove blockers for the development team.

• Manage project tracking and documentation using Jira and Confluence.

Required Skills

• 7-8 years of direct experience in a Scrum Master role.
• 10+ years of overall experience in software environments.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum ceremonies, techniques, and artifacts.
• Practical experience with multiple Agile frameworks.
• Proficiency in Jira for task management and tracking.
• Proficiency in Confluence for team documentation.
• Strong communication and servant leadership capabilities.
• Proven ability in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
