Description

You will facilitate agile delivery and coach development teams to improve self-organization and productivity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor the development team on agile principles and practices.
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure efficient team progress.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and stakeholders to align work with product vision and business goals.
• Track and report on team performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Scrum Master.
• Proven ability to lead Scrum ceremonies and facilitate effective team discussions.
• Experience coaching teams toward self-organization and high performance.
• Ability to manage and remove blockers for development teams.
• Experience working directly with Product Owners to align sprint goals with business objectives.
• Skill in using performance metrics to identify process improvements.
• Strong advocacy for agile methodologies and best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation in any field.
