Description

You will manage Agile delivery for complex Oracle Cloud CPQ implementations, ensuring alignment between technical execution and business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove impediments for cross-functional teams delivering CPQ solutions.
• Coordinate integration efforts between Oracle Sales Cloud, ERP, and external systems using REST APIs and OIC.
• Track progress using Azure DevOps and Jira, maintaining visibility into Lead-to-Quote and Quote-to-Order workflows.
• Support functional and technical teams in configuring product models, constraint rules, and advanced pricing scripts.
• Ensure adherence to Agile best practices while managing delivery timelines for 8-10 years of CPQ domain experience.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience, with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud CPQ implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Lead-to-Quote (L2Q) and Quote-to-Order (Q2O) processes.
• Proficiency in configuring product models, bundles, options, and constraint rules (compatibility, dependency, exclusion).
• Experience implementing volume-based tiered contract pricing, discount approvals, and margin-based approvals.
• Technical familiarity with BML/BMQL, advanced pricing scripts, and configuration rules.
• Proven track record building or supporting CPQ integrations via REST APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Strong command of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, Azure DevOps, and Jira.

Preferred Skills

• Functional or Architectural background in CPQ configuration and implementation.
• Experience with Oracle Sales Cloud and Oracle OM/Pricing ecosystems.
