Description

Optimize story flow and value delivery for one or more Scrum teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including iteration planning, sprint planning, daily scrums, PI planning, and retrospectives.
• Manage team dependencies and resolve impediments quickly to maintain delivery momentum.
• Provide visibility into team progress and delivery plans to stakeholders.
• Coach teams on Agile principles and mindset to promote self-management and cross-functional potential.
• Maintain a strong working relationship between the Product Owner and the development team.

Required Skills

• 4-8 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Business Analyst.
• 3+ years of experience specifically as a Scrum Master managing multiple teams.
• Hands-on expertise with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Proficiency with JIRA, SharePoint, WIKI, and ALM for requirements, issue tracking, and SDLC.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams of developers, analysts, product owners, and testers.
• Proven ability to guide teams through sprint planning and continuous improvement processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Financial Services or Banking industry.
• Background in Fraud Detection, Prevention, Servicing, or claims.
