Key Responsibilities

• Lead all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives).
• Help Product Owners prioritize and manage the product backlog.
• Monitor sprint progress and ensure high-priority work is completed.
• Remove blockers and resolve issues affecting the team.
• Coordinate release planning with technical teams.
• Coach team members on Agile/Scrum and Kanban best practices.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and leadership.
• Track Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and cycle time.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using JIRA.
• Identify risks, manage dependencies, and provide project status updates.
• Promote collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of Agile Scrum/Kanban experience.
• Strong experience with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience creating JIRA dashboards and tracking sprint progress.
• Expertise in backlog management, sprint planning, work estimation, and removing impediments.
• Strong communication, facilitation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with risk analysis, reporting, and portfolio tracking.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile development.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Kanban Flow Master certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAFe, Program Increment (PI) Planning, and dependency management.
• SAFe Agilist (SPC/SAFe) certification.
• Project Management (PMP or equivalent) certification
