Description

Lead Scrum ceremonies, manage backlogs, and drive team velocity through Agile best practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives to maintain team rhythm.
• Partner with Product Owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog and release planning.
• Remove blockers, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks to ensure high-priority work is completed.
• Track Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time) and maintain dashboards in JIRA.
• Coach team members on Agile, Scrum, and Kanban practices to foster continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Agile Scrum or Kanban environments.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, MS Project, and standard Office tools.
• Strong background in backlog management, sprint planning, and work estimation.
• Experience creating JIRA dashboards and tracking sprint progress for stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile development principles.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Kanban Flow Master certification.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and communicate with business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAFe, Program Increment (PI) Planning, and large-scale dependency management.
• SAFe Agilist (SPC/SAFe) or Project Management (PMP) certification.
