Lead and coach multiple Scrum teams to deliver software products efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Remove impediments and resolve team conflicts to ensure smooth progress.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to groom backlogs, define user stories, and prioritize work.
• Drive continuous improvement by assessing team performance and implementing Agile best practices.
• Track and communicate team metrics and progress to leadership.

Required Skills

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master in IT software development projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban; SAFe preferred).
• Experience coaching teams and individuals on Agile principles.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities.
• Experience with Agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Rally).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in scaled Agile environments.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices.
