Description

Act as a servant leader for one or more Scrum teams to optimize story flow and value delivery.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Demos, and Retrospectives.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and impediment removal to ensure team progress and sprint commitments.
• Coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices to drive self-management and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain healthy product and sprint backlogs.
• Represent teams in scaled environments through PI Planning and Scrum of Scrums/ART Syncs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Agile environments.
• Proficiency in Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Jira.
• Expertise in Sprint Planning and Agile Project Management.
• Experience facilitating scaled planning events and PI Planning.
• Ability to manage dependencies and risks across cross-functional teams.
• Any Graduate degree.
