You will coach teams and leadership on Agile processes, values, and continuous improvement as a Scrum or Kanban Flow Master.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe events to drive self-organizing, cross-functional teams.
• Remove impediments and resolve external issues to ensure sprint plan achievement.
• Lead planning and execution of development and delivery for one or more products.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine backlogs and ensure deliverables meet requirements.
• Execute Agile transformation strategies and resolve business or team conflicts.

Required Skills

• 7+ years implementing Agile values, principles, and practices including Kanban and Scrum.
• 7+ years with JIRA for creating dashboards, monitoring workflow, and status updates.
• 7+ years in work breakdown, estimation, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
• 7+ years turning complex business needs into user scenarios, flows, and diagrams.
• 7+ years with risk and business impact analysis and reporting.
• 7+ years using MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• 5+ years communicating with technical and non-technical audiences.
• 4+ years in leadership, interpersonal skills, and conflict resolution.
• 4+ years managing and analyzing data to derive actionable portfolio insights.
