Description

You will facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) events and coach teams on Scrum, Kanban, and Lean practices to drive relentless improvement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives to ensure productive, time-boxed ceremonies.
• Coach the team on Agile best practices, user story management, capacity planning, and GxP validated system workflows.
• Manage the product backlog, refine user stories, and assist with economic decision-making and feature estimation.
• Track team performance using metrics like velocity and burndown charts to identify risks, impediments, and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders to resolve conflicts and maintain transparency in reporting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Agile project management, specifically within Life Sciences or CPG industries.
• Demonstrable expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and Lean methodologies.
• Proficiency with Agile tools: JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong ability to coach teams on Agile processes and facilitate consensus during discussions.
• Experience managing scrum events and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Basic understanding of software development processes, Agile engineering practices, and DevOps.
• Ability to analyze and report on team performance metrics to drive data-backed improvements.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Master certification.
• GxP experience in validated systems.
